FG declares Wednesday, Thursday public holidays

ABUJA – The Federal Government has declared Wednesday, May 12 and Thursday, May 13 as public holidays to mark end of Ramadan Fasting by Muslim Faithful’s.

In a statement signed by Minister of Interior, Rauf Aregbesola, urged all Muslim faithful’s to use the period of Eid-Fitri celebration to pray for peace, stability and economic transformation in the land.

He also assured that the Buhari-led administration to end scourge of crime in the country and restore peace.
