Herbert Macaulay way in Yaba, Lagos has been taken over by flood over poor drainage in the area.
The development happened on Friday after a heavy downpour.
According to Tracka, “the entire road is flooded as a result of a poor drainage channel.”
Residents were seen trekking through the flooded area to their different destinations.
Some motorists and motorcyclists are stranded as driving through the flood might be difficult and dangerous.
The development is also linked with the negative impacts of climate change on the amount and volume of rainfall in the state.
