The Living Faith Church also known as the Winner Chapel has announced a new leadership structure for the Church.

The new leadership structure was announced on Sunday at Cannanland by the President, Bishop David Oyedepo.

According to Oyedepo, the Church was looking into the future with the new operational policy.

He said: “This edition looks into the future of the Church and will last forever till the return of Jesus Christ.”

According to Church Gist, the successors of Bishop Oyedepo are to serve for a single term of seven (7) years.

In the new structure, Winners’ Chapel Pastors are not eligible to head the Church after attaining the age of 58 years

The church also changed its leadership nomenclature from President to ‘Apostle over the Commission’. Future Apostles over the Commission are mandated by the new policy to hand over to their successor at 65 years.

“Multiple terms for future Apostles of the Commission subject only to approval by the Board of Trustees. Vice Presidents of the church are now to be called ‘Presbyters’,” according to the new policy.

“Executive Council now ‘Council of Priests’”.

The church also announced that each local branch will begin to have a separate board for internal administration.

The new changes were released following the revision of its 2012 constitution (Operational Manual) called ‘The Mandate’.
