The All Progressives Congress in Ondo State as scheduled Saturday as the flag-off rally for the re-election of Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, and his running mate, Mr Lucky Aiyedatiwa.
This was made known in a statement issued by the Spokesperson, Akeredolu/Aiyedatiwa Campaign Organisation, Mr Richard Olatunde.
Mr. Olatunde stated that the national leaders of the All Progressives Congress including Vice President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo and leadership of the national campaign council are expected at the event. Adding that the rally will hold at the Akure township stadium on Saturday 5th September 2020.
The members of the party and supporters of Akeredolu’s second term bid were urged to come to the venue with their nose masks as the party will be complying with the necessary Covid-19 precautionary measures.
