The Senate has confirmed five new executive directors for the Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Agency (NMDPRA).
Their confirmation came on Tuesday during the plenary on the floor of the red chamber.
They include Francis Alabo Ogaree for hydrocarbon processing plants, installations, and transportation infrastructures; Dr. Mustapha Lamorde for health, safety, environment, and community; Mansur Kuliya to be in charge of midstream and downstream gas infrastructure funds.
Others include Bashir Sadiq for corporate services and administration and Dr. Zainab Gobir deployed to economic regulations and strategic planning.
President Buhari had nominated the five Nigerians for senate confirmation as executive directors at the petroleum regulatory agency.
