Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), says the winner of the ongoing poll has to be himself.
Mr Tinubu who was interviewed shortly after he cast his vote in Lagos was asked if he will congratulate the winner of the election if he didn’t win, said the winner has to be himself.
“I’m certain that I’ll win the election. The winner of the poll has to be me.
“We’ve done the work. Whatever is left will be done by God. I’m confident, I’ll win”, he said.
The former Lagos state governor had arrived at his polling unit PU 085, Ward 3, Sunday Adigun, Alausa, Ikeja, Lagos State, alongside his wife, Remi Tinubu to cast their votes.
Meanwhile, the operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission stormed the polling unit of Bola Ahmed Tinubu on the morning of the election.
