Some of the exhibits recovered from the suspects and displayed by Amotekun Corps include two cars, electric transformer cables, a generator, some clothing materials, and some fake dollar notes.

The suspects were paraded before newsmen at the headquarters of Amotekun Corps in Akure by the Commander of the Corps, Adetunji Adeleye.

Adeleye disclosed that all the suspects, some of whom were caught in the act, confessed to the crime they were arrested for.

The commander said over 600 suspects apprehended in the state by men of the corps in the last six months are currently being prosecuted and will be sent to correctional facilities if found guilty.

He also revealed that the Corps has curtailed the rate of kidnapping in the Ose Local Government Area of the state through the heavy presence of its operatives in the area.

Adeleye issued a warning to criminally-minded individuals to either desist or leave the state as they would be apprehended by men of the corps.
