Dr Fola Aina, a political scientist and international security analyst has launched a leadership fellowship for young Nigeria.
Aina announced The Dr. Fola Aina Fellowship Programme on Monday via his X handle.
“This fellowship is a leadership and mentorship programme that is open to all young Nigerians between the ages of 21 and 35 years,” he wrote on X.
“The fellowship supports the next generation of young Nigerian leaders as they spur growth and prosperity, strengthen credible governance, and enhance peace and security across Nigeria.
“Fellows will participate in immersive leadership development experiences with a focus on skills development in one of three tracks: Leadership in Business, Leadership in Social Development, or Leadership in Governance.
“All Fellows will participate in the Dr. Fola Aina Annual Colloquium on Youth, Leadership and Nation Building offering an opportunity for Fellows to participate in a variety of sessions, with selected Fellows delivering talks at the event.”
He added that successful applicants will develop their leadership skills and be empowered to lead effectively in their respective sectors and communities.
