Adeola Adeyeye, an Ondo-based chef has begun a 150-hour cook-a-thon in an attempt to break Hilda Baci’s Guinness World Record for the longest cooking marathon of 93 hours and 11 minutes.
Adeyeye began the cook-a-thon on Friday, June 30, 2023, in the Ile-Oluji/Okeigbo local government area of Ondo State,
The cook-a-thon is scheduled to be concluded on Thursday, July 6, 2023.
TECHNOCRATMEDIA gathered that Adeyeye was born on 5th October 1997 into the family of Adeyemo Adeyeye of the Jilubokun Royal Family of Ile-Oluji.
She is a graduate of biotechnology from ESAE University located in the Benin Republic.
Adeyeye is passionate about nutrition and diet. While studying at the university, she enrolled at the ESAE Nutrition and Home Economics Vocational Centre where she learnt how to cook different meals and related activities.
A Nigerian chef, Hilda Baci is currently the holder of the Guinness World Record for the longest cooking marathon.
Her record-breaking attempt started on Thursday, May 11 and was concluded on Monday, May 15, during which Baci cooked over 100 pots of food over four days.
