The Management of TVC Communications Ltd has announced the appointment of Victoria Abiola Ajayi as its new chief executive officer (CEO).

Ajayi until her appointment served TVC Communication as the deputy chief financial officer (CFO) and a seasoned finance leader with over 15 years of professional experience across local and international organizations.

In her role as deputy CFO, she led the core business areas of the media company—managing financial operations and developing financial planning and business intelligence capabilities that saw the growth of the TVC group.

Ajayi is a graduate of applied accounting from Oxford Brookes University and holds a master’s in financial management from Liverpool John Moores University.

Before she joined TVC in 2013 as head of finance, Ajayi had worked as a senior executive assistant at Fidelity Bank Plc and as finance manager at Magni Concepts Construction Nigeria Limited. She is the co-founder of Emerald Card Solutions Ltd.

She will take over from Andrew Hanlon who is stepping down to pursue new opportunities after leading TVC through seven years of radical transformation.
