President Muhammdu Buhari has nominated a new minister in a letter to the Senate.

TECHNOCRAT MEDIA, Abuja

President Muhammdu Buhari has nominated a new minister in a letter to the Senate.

The new minister-designate is Mr. Muazu Jaji Sambo from Taraba State.

Mr Sambo replaces the former Minister of Power, Sale Mamman, who was sacked in September, along with Sabo Nanono, ex-agriculture minister by the president.

His nomination letter was read on Tuesday at plenary by the Senate President Ahmad Lawan, urging the Senate to screen and confirm the nominee for an appointment.
