IMO – The Federal high court has declared Ifeanyi Ararume as the APC authentic candidate of the December 5, 2020, Imo North Senatorial by-election.
The Court also orders INEC to issue certificate of return within 72 hours to the Senator.
Justice Taiwo Taiwo while delivering judgement said, Senator Ararume who won the primary election was prevented from participating in the bye election.
