Rabiu Kwankwaso, the presidential candidate of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP), has announced Archbishop Isaac Idahosa as his running mate ahead of the 2023 general elections.
In a tweet on Thursday, NNPP announced the Lagos clergyman as its vice presidential candidate for the 2023 poll.
The tweet reads, “Our VP Pastor Bishop Isaac Idahosa from Edo State.”
The clergyman is from Edo state—south-south geo-political zone of the country.
He is the presiding Bishop and the senior pastor of God First Ministry, popularly known as Illumination Assembly, Lekki Light Centre (LLC), Ajah, Lagos.
The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) had on Wednesday said the NNPP and the African Action Congress(ADC) were yet to upload their nominations for presidential and other elective positions for the 2023 general elections.
