The Nasarawa state governorship election petition tribunal has sacked Abdullahi Sule, governor of the state.
PREMIUM TIMES reports that the court delivered a ruling on Monday in Lafia, the capital of the state.
In the ruling, two of the justices agreed that the election was won by the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), David Omdugadu.
In the March 16 governorship election, Sule of the All Progressives Congress (APC) contested for a second term.
According to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Sule polled 347,209 votes to defeat the candidate of the PDP, Omdugadu.
