Kaduna, Nigeria
A Federal High Court in Kaduna has adjourned the hearing of the suit filed by an immediate governor of the state, Nasir El-Rufai against the State House of Assembly and the Attorney General of the State to 17th July 2024.
Former governor El-Rufai dragged the assembly to court over its committee report which accused him of corruption.
