one of the newly elected local government chairmen, Mrs. Temidayo Akinsuroju has promise citizens of Ondo State of enjoying the dividend of democracy.
Speaking with newsmen shortly after receiving her certificate of return, Mrs. Akinsuroju, popularly known as ‘mama you do well’ said she will always do well.
“as my name implies, I do well anywhere I go, and my people know I will always do well. I have been a caretaker chairman before, they enjoyed it, now as executive chairman, they will enjoy me the more”
She also appreciates the Ondo state Governor, Arákùnrin Rotimi Akeredolu, and his wife Betty Anyanwu-Akeredolu.
“I give thanks to God, I give thanks to Governor Akeredolu, I give thanks to Mama Betty Anyanwu and I give thanks to APC in Odigbo Local Government, I give thanks to all APC in Ondo state because they have done it again.
APC won 199 of the 203 wards where elections were recorded.
The Newly elected Executive Chairmen will be sworn in by the executive Governor of the state, while the Councilors will be swear-in by the Executive Chairmen.
